The Manufacturing license agreement originally signed on April 1^st by and between Nuovo Pignone S.p.A. (now Nuovo Pignone S.R.L.) and GI&E S.p.A., and then tranfered to GI&E S.R.L. through the sale of the compressors’ business unit on June 5, 2019, has been extended until 31^st of December 2025.

The agreement is relevant to the manufacture, assemble and test, sell, service and maintenance of the Whole Package (Product unit skid equipped with compressors AVTN and BVTN and their auxiliaries). 

Thanks to the license extension for the AVTN and BVTN API618 vertical compressors line, GI&E will continue to satisfy a wide range of customer’s requests and needs, leveraging the experience acquired through the years (there are more than 800-referenced solutions of AVTN and BVTN compressor, installed and operated since 1986).
